We produce, dry and pack our pasta in Almalomb by our team. Our ingredients are sourced from the best producers in our region. We use Italian artisan pasta manufactures’ technology and recipes. Our unique and exciting pasta types hold the sauce particularly well, thanks to their rustic texture and shape. We produce 4 and 8 egg pastas and currently sell only in dry form. Our packages come in 500g quantity.
