We read a lot about the great health effects of black rowan berries, but tasting this superfruit is another matter. It is astringent, intensive, not comparable to any other fruit. After quite a bit of experimentation the result is an exciting concentrate best for meat and cheese. We source our berries from Endrodi Ecofarm.
